Weddings

We love weddings and what a privilege it is to be part of such a special day!

We are can tailor the caravan to your needs, contact us and we can sort out a plan.

We have three packages on offer.

all packages include the following:

  • Caravan

  • 2 x servers (depending on number of guests)

  • Generator

  • Display bar fridge

  • Transport / set up / pack down

  • Rubbish bins

  • Decor (stylish lighting, flowers etc)

  • Signage

  • Ongoing consultations to discuss your requirements & menus

  1. Cocktail bar:

Let us greet the guests with a refreshing cocktail and keep them going all night.

You provide the drinks and we’ll serve them!

$1095 includes:

  • 6hrs of service

  • Glassware

  • Ice

  • Bar equipment (bottle openers, chopping boards, tea towels, wooden tray, bowls, cocktail shakers etc).

  • Straws & napkins

2. Good morning!

Rise n shine! Let’s celebrate the newly weds with a barista coffee, pesto bagel and freshly squeezed orange juice. Whether you would like this service for the morning of your wedding or the morning after, we’re happy to help.

$1299 includes:

  • 4hrs of service

  • Barista coffee / other drinks (alternative mylks available)

  • Henry’s Juice (freshly squeezed Gizzy oranges)

  • Sesame bagels (savory & sweet menu)

3. Cocktails at night, coffee in the morning…

Hey, why not both?

$2295 includes a combination of both packages - Cocktail bar & Good morning.

  • 24hrs of the caravan

  • Up to 12hrs of service

private events

Would you like coffee at your Work place? Community event? Family gathering? Festival?

The Little Wagon loves bringing people together over a good cup of coffee. We’re a great addition to any event and happy to tailor the caravan to suit the needs of your event. What can we provide?

  • Rubbish bins

  • Decor (stylish lighting, flowers etc)

  • Signage

  • Ongoing consultations to discuss your requirements & menus

  • Barista coffee menu

  • Curbside Kitchen cafe baking

  • Henrys Orange Juice

  • Selection of chilled drinks

  • Sesame bagels (savory & sweet)

  • Smoothies / milkshakes

  • Ice creams

Please read our requirements below:

Half a day - 3-4 hours open - minimum sales $600 (approx 90 coffees)

Full day - 6+ hours open - minimum sales $800 (approx 120 coffees)

If the minimum sales are not met, we require the event organiser to top us up to this amount. For example we sell $480 worth of products the event tops us up $120 to allow us to reach the minimum of $600.

This ensures our costs are met for the time required to prep the caravan, operate & close down.

We are required to be on site 45 minutes before opening and 30 minutes after closing times to open & close our coffee caravan.
